Shelley Colson
Shelley Colson came to the firm in January 2008. She is a 2003 Home School graduate. She studied piano pedagogy and home economics while attending Maranatha Baptist Bible College and Northland Baptist Bible College in Wisconsin. In 2005, Shelley began her career as a receptionist and was then promoted into a bookkeeping position. She now has 3 years of bookkeeping experience including working as a bookkeeper for a local franchisor where she was responsible for collecting and recording royalties from 120 franchisees nationally. She has also gained valuable experience in the areas of QuickBooks, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
At Roth CPA and Associates, Shelley specializes in client communications, reconciling bank statements, maintaining client QuickBooks files, and preparing individual tax returns. She also maintains the company website and performs administrative and receptionist duties at the firm.
Shelley enjoys spending time with her husband Matt and her family, reading, playing the piano, and being involved in the music ministry at her church.
